Kira discovered rice balls at age six and has been perfecting her craft ever since. What started as "helping" in the kitchen is now a vertically integrated onigiri operation: she sources the rice (pantry), controls distribution (the hallway), and runs customer relations (yelling "RICE BALLS ARE READY").
Every ball is hand-rolled to order, quality-checked by the Head of Quality Control (Mom), and served with the kind of confidence usually reserved for much larger companies. The menu recently expanded into sorbet and beverages, because every serious restaurant group eventually diversifies.
